OPTION 1: Virtual Event Styling 50/50 $150

-Both the client and I will be working together to create the perfect event design based on ideas and inspiration you will send me.

-You will have my professional opinion in regards to design and color combinations and any creative ideas.

-The client and I both Will Virtually plan the event as a team, bringing the clients concept to life.

-I will help you plan your event based on our rentals to help keep everything within budget.

-You will automatically receive a 10% discount off on all of the Backdrop/flower wall items.

 

Option 2: Virtual Event Styling $350

  • I will take full responsibility in styling your event.
  • I will generate one digital mock up of the backdrop so you are able to see how it will look in the venue area.
  • BLE will come up with the theme, concept of your event awaiting for your approval.
  • BLE will request 5 insperation pictures in order to fully understand what you have in mind for this event and Style it for you.
  • BLE will do 1 Venue site, measure and make sure all of the rentals fit properly as well as that all of the decor looks great according to our theme.
  • Our client will have the peace of mind knowing BLE will take care of all the decoration preperation with approval of our client.
  • 1 meeting will be available at the venue site if it’s local.
  • I will plan your event based on the rentals we have available to keep your event within budget.
  • You will automatically receive a 15% discount off on all Backdrop/flower wall items.
  • semi coordination service, BLE will coordinate during the set up to make sure all of our rentals look and perform according to plan.ONLY OUR RENTALS

 

 

Option 3: Event planning/2 hr Coordination $750

  • BLE will Help you style and bring your event to life.
  • BLE will help you design your event and give you all of our creative ideas based on your theme/concept.
  • Set up supervision
  • 2 Hours of Event coordinating SET UP SUPERVISION. (This includes coordinating other vendors based on our timeline and plan)
  • I will generate a digital mock up of the backdrop so you are able to see how it will look in the venue area.
  • managing all of your vendors, calling and instrusting them.
  • Creating a timeline for your event with clear instructions for all of your vendors.
  • 1 meeting with the client at the venue site.
  • 15% discount on all of our rental items.
  • BLE will come up with the theme, concept of your event awaiting for your approval.
  • BLE will request 5 insperation pictures in order to fully understand what your have in mind for this event and Style it for you.
  • Our client will have the peace of mind knowing BLE will take care of all the decoration preperation with approval of our client.
  • You will have access to all of our trusted vendors, Food, Dj,Clean up crew,Dresses,makeup artist etc.
  • BLE will visit the Venue site, measure and make sure all of the rentals fit properly as well as that all of the decor looks great according to our theme.

 

 

 

Option 4: Event Coordination 4 hours $650

  • 2 hours before the event, 2 hours during the event.
  • Set up supervision off all vendors and items making sure they are according to the client instruction sheet.
  • We will contact your vendors listing Belle Luxury Events as the point of contact upon arrival.
  • guest seating assistance
  • Run Program with venue for dinner, toast, cake and dance based on the timeline from the event planner. ($98 additional of you need me to create the timeline for you based on your instructions)
  • Morning assistant at home or Hotel for room staging, coordination of vendors and or extra pair of hands to assist with wardrobe or extras for ceremony site.
  • distribute timeline to vendors and supervise
  • Receiving floral deliveries, any rentals,oversee musicians or transportation vendors in need of direction.

 

Option 5: Day of Coordination Only 8 Hours $1500

One meeting prior to the event, 3 weeks prior to the event date to establish Belle Luxury Events as your point of contact and collect seating arrangements from you and or list of balances, special instructions, timeline and vendor/venue walk-thru with client and or DJ. Contact all vendors with client instruction sheet for day of event.

 

  • coordination of vendors and or extra pair of hands to assist with wardrobe or extras for ceremony site.
  • Attend ceremony for coordination needs, receiving or distribution of programs and or floral deliveries, oversee musicians and/ or transportation vendors in need of direction.
  • Day of coordination / 1 coordinator / 1 assistant coordinator
  • Run Program with venue for dinner, toast, cake and dance
  • Coordinate with DJ music selections and or order
  • guest seating assistance (escort to seats or advice if assigned seating)
  • Making sure the events on the timeline sheet you provided unfold at the agreed upon time

  

Option 6: Full Event Planning $950

  • Help client find and assist with contract negotiation of venue
  • Help you design your event and give you creative ideas
  • Find ceremony musicians if needed and or assist with music selection
  • Managing your vendors and serve as go to person for event process
  • Work with priest/pastor and/or ceremony location if you need them
  • Assist with booking of all necessary vendors
  • Make sure you don’t miss any important details
  • Email and phone consultations
  • Negotiate contracts with your vendors if needed
  • Create and execute a detailed timeline and production schedule for your reception, and the entire planning process from start to finish
  • Provide photographer and videographer timeline and or important shots list
  • Assist with booking of all necessary vendors
